Before working with Weathersby Guild, Jan was a builder/contractor in the New Jersey/ New York area from 1993 - 2006.  Jan established a contracting company in Vancouver Canada when he met and married his wife Maria. He joined the Weathersby Guild family in 2018 where he owned a successful franchise in Vancouver before deciding to purchase Weathersby Guild Gulf coast in 2022.
